This course will provide situations/disputes in which students will have the opportunity to be the interviewer/investigator and the decision-maker of whether violations have occurred.  Violations of Law (Chapters 82.51, 5b, 580-582) are explored in a setting where the case study will be presented as a complaint, and prepared opening remarks are provided by the complainant and respondent.  The student will be able to ask questions to determine if there was a violation of law.
